Yesterday we went with Grandma Rice on another weekly excursion. This week was the Detroit Zoo and the kids loved it. Emerson waved to every person and animal we passed. She also called them all dogs, but close enough. It was a hot and long day and the kids crashed on the way home, but they did really well at the zoo. Maybe we'll do it again before the end of the summer.
